1st teaching day

We started teaching today the "lead" nurses in the NICU. This is all part of Stephany's research project for her Neonatology fellowship. We have six nurses who will do three days total of classes, and then we will do hands on care together in the NICU. They will then help train the other nurses in the weeks to come. We were able to give each nurse a bag filled with donated goodies. .. So thank you for all of your donations! I loved getting to know each and every nurse. They were very appreciative of the education they are learning and I have already learned so much from them. I'm excited that this part of the journey has started!
