We went to the same church as last week, all packed into Jordan's car! One of the first songs we sang was How Great is Our God. It was very moving singing this amazing song along with those who live in Eldoret. Despite the poverty, government issues, strikes, and uncertainty as to what each day will bring, everyone in the church was singing this song with all their hearts.
"How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God and all will see
How great, how great is our God"
Please pray for those in Kenya who are dealing with day to day issues such as hunger, shelter, joblessness, and poverty. The sermon talked about the government. Please pray for their government and the strikes that are occurring in Eldoret and other Kenyan towns. We have heard rumor that the nurses may be going on strike this week along with the doctors. Let's pray this does not occur.
